Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland.

When will my order be shipped?

Once standard orders are processed they are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Pre-Orders take longer to arrive and are usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are currently out of stock items that will be available soon. Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your item. Please note that pre-order items may take longer to arrive, and estimated delivery times will be provided where possible. Please note that, on occasions, a pre-order item may become unavailable due to supplier stock issues. If that happens, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to change your delivery address, product or order details, please contact us at ttb@tinytreasuresboutique.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot make changes once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you decide the item isn't right for you, we're happy to accept returns.

To request a return please email us or access your customer account to submit the request within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, delivery address and reason for return. Once we receive your request, please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request. Returns must be sent back in the same condition they were received. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original eligible product and place a new order.
